More than four decades combined of martial arts, business, and human development. Two masters. One mission: turn ordinary people into extraordinary ones — on the mats and off them.
Co-founder of Triunfo Academy alongside Master Marlon, Master Lairce brings more than 30 years of professional experience in business. Ten years ago she officially founded Triunfo, where she coaches Muay Thai and boxing and shapes both the technical and emotional growth of her students.
In 2026 she received the Kruang Prajied Preta rank — a milestone that honors her path and the academy's 10-year anniversary, recognizing a long walk of dedication, growth, and commitment to Muay Thai.
Beyond coaching, she leads the academy's administration and operations, including events, competitions, and the day-to-day running of Triunfo. She is known for the way she welcomes every student as family, fuels their dreams, and stays close to their progress. She also oversees student development, ranking, and certification in alignment with the CBMTT.
Co-founder of Triunfo Academy alongside Master Lairce, Master Marlon sets the technical and disciplinary foundation of the gym. He has trained in martial arts since he was 9, with experience in Muay Thai, boxing, jiu-jitsu, capoeira, and MMA — a complete base of technical and practical knowledge.
He develops Muay Thai athletes and drives the physical, technical, and mental growth of every student. His teaching is defined by consistency, discipline, and a commitment to excellence, taking practitioners from the fundamentals to advanced levels — always with respect, continuous progress, and high performance in focus.
He also prepares students for competition with intensive work on performance, strategy, and technical quality. Alongside that, he leads technical exams and the ranking and certification process in alignment with the CBMTT, keeping every stage of progress serious and consistent.
Every session carries decades of experience, faith, and discipline. At Triunfo, the example of the masters matters as much as the technique — because a champion is shaped by what they see, hear, and feel on the mats.
